Francesco Biasia Tess Shoulder Bag

A new designer – well, to me, anyway, is Francesco Biasia. I especially like this Tess shoulder bag. It is also a great recession purchase if you can only afford one good bag for the season. The company motto is “Handbags, Not Toys” and the Italian brand has been growing for more than twenty years. This bag has an incredibly high standard of finish and bag of detail for under $400 – no need to lose weight saving for it.
