Hi. I bought—at Nieman Marcus Last Call–two Gucci proucts; a handbag and a –kind of tote bag. Like luggage. The thing is the leather seems really hard, bright and shiny.. Like vinyl. I haven’t looked yet for all the identifying authentic markings–since I now know what to look for–but I assumed anything NM sold would be definitely authentic.
