States

At last it looks as if I am going to the States.  I cannot wait to shop in Manhattan and take the tour of Carrie’s favourite places.  While in New York I will not be driving – the girls bever did, as it is not necessary in Manhattan.  In the rest of the country the stuation is different.  We intend to hire a  Chevrolet Silverado for a road trip across the country.  I hope everything goes well, the last thing I want is to have a breakdown in unfamiliar territory.  Insurance is essential of course, as that means we will be able to get a brake job should it become necessary.  We may end up in Texas so we will need to know where to go for Dallas auto repair, although I would rather spend my holiday shopping for handbags.  But at least we will know that the broing bits have been covered.
